Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection. This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.Ĭonversion instructions are available below. GreenState is migrating all Oxford Bank accounts to a new online and mobile banking system on March 21, 2022. If you don’t receive your card by March 21, call 84 or visit any GreenState branch on (or after) March 21 to get your card instantly issued. Your Oxford PIN will not carry over to this new card. Set up your 4-digit PIN by calling 88.It is important to activate your new card once you receive it because your Oxford card will be deactivated on Monday, March 21. Once you receive your card, you may activate it right away and begin using it Monday morning, March 21.
If you have any automatic payments connected to your Oxford card, be sure to update those on March 21. This envelope will include instructions on activating your card, setting up your PIN, and adding your card to your Digital Wallet.Īs a reminder, your Oxford Bank Debit Card will be turned off in the morning of March 21.
